Roswell Fans were involved in several charaties through the show.
PCF (Pediatric Cancer Foundation)
Roswell fans wanted to do something to thank the UPN network for picking up Roswell for a third season. Several ideas were put forward, but they decided to make contributions to PCF to thank UPN. At the end of the campaign the PCF would send a note to UPN telling them of the fans total donation amount.
Jason Behr Birthday Project
To celebrate Jason Behr's birthday, fans raised money and made donations in his name to several charities in 2000 & 2001. One of which was the Elizabeth Glasier Pediatric AIDS foundation, a charity that Jason Behr supports. They had these bears made to raise money.

Annual Zeke Lerner Bowl-a-Thon / Project FSMA
Both of these charities were set up by fans set up to raise money for the Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy. They were inspired by Zeke Lerner, who is son of television writer/producer Garrett Lerner, who was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
For the bowl-a-thon, fans made a donation and signed up to bowl with celebs from many different shows, including Roswell cast and crew members, and got people to sponsor them to help raise money. It was an annual event for at least five years, from 2002 - 2007, and may still continue.
The bowl-a-thon took place for at least the first two years at the Covina Bowl, which was a Roswell filming location.
Project FSMA hosted several fund raisers including having these bears made to raise money.
Roswell is Hot, Hunger is Not
Roswell Animal Fund
One of the Ros-quilters came up with the idea to sell t-shirts with one of the designs she made for the Colin Hanks quilt, and try to raise money for animals.
After the t-shits they did address labels, stuffed alien dolls, Roswell couples soundtracks, tattoo kits, mousepads and other t-shirt designs.
September Charity Online Auction
I am not sure which group was in charge of this.
Thanks to the generosity of Jason's manager, Jason's publicist, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, the Rosquilters, and Jason Behr himself, we are pleased to announce an impending online auction to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

And.....Saving the best for last! Jason's manager has offered a copy of the Shipping News, by Annie Proulx. Jason will be starring in this upcoming movie later this year as Dennis Buggitt. The winner of this book will receive a personally inscribed message on the inside cover of the book to them from Jason!
