This is Roswell Monopoly, in case you have figured that out yet - lol.
Orignally it was posted on a site called Rosopoly with everything you needed to play.
I thought I had I all saved, but I can't find any of it, and unfortunately the site is long gone.
I got this reproduction of the board out of the Crashdown Yearbook.
Perhaps some enterprising fan will attempt to recreate the rest of it or has it saved.
